Meet Mandy

Founder & CEO of Mandy Mair Media

Amanda Mair was born and raised in Kansas City. She attended high school at Olathe Northwest, where she was involved in the Raven Dance Team, choir, band, and musical theater. Upon graduating, she started her college experience at Kansas City Kansas Community College, where she got involved with the vocal jazz group The Standard. Her first year of college ended abruptly when COVID-19 locked down the United States. She was sad that her time performing with The Standard was cut short. However, before transferring to Pittsburg State University, she completed the recording process of a vocal jazz album entitled "Coal and Diamonds."

At Pittsburg State, Mandy was involved in the Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority and various political organizations. At this point in her life, she had been working in social media as an art influencer for several years, and through a little trial and error, she grew her net following to nearly 20,000 people. Through her research and compiling the things that she had learned firsthand about social media algorithms, Mandy Mair Media was born. Mandy realized that her first-hand experience in growing a following and acting as an influencer gave her a unique edge in the digital marketing coaching and consulting world.

Mandy completed her time at Pittsburg State University in only two short years by taking advantage of their flat-rate tuition. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Minor in Marketing in three years. After graduating with honors, she packed up her small studio apartment and golden retriever Ollie in a Uhaul truck and moved to New York City.

Mandy has been living her big city dreams on the Upper East Side of Manhattan ever since. She had always known she would live in New York someday and is grateful that through hard work and percerverance, she was able to make that dream come true.
